Who we are

We are a small team of children’s nurses who are based on site in the Special schools in Medway (Abbey Court Cliffe Road & Rede Court Road).

What we do

The key areas we cover are:

• Provide advice, support and training in all aspects of health care needs that children in school require.
• Support the family and school in preparing health care plans.
• Carry out regular continence assessments and toileting plans.
• Ensure that medicines are safely administered in school.

How can I access the services

All children attending school can be seen by the school nurses.
