The role of the family engagement officer

MCH have a dedicated family engagement officer whose role is to improve the health and wellbeing of families and children, by signposting you to a range of non-clinical services. This may include charities, groups or training.

As part of this we will also be running family engagement programmes where we will invite you to have your say on how the services are delivered.

To speak to the family engagement officer about how we can help you, please call 0300 123 3444 or email karenadgie@nhs.net
