With the UK still in lockdown, the Integrated Locality Review (ILR) team will still be running virtually every week with a full compliment of specialists dialling in.

If you have concerns about vulnerable or complex patients in the community please refer them through to the ILR using the normal SBAR form.

As you know, the ILR can expedite onward referrals to other services – a huge benefit to our patients at this challenging time.

Our co-ordinators are here to help and will let you know the date and time that the patient will be discussed and provide dial in details if you are able to join the meeting.  They will also work with you to time the discussion for a time that is convenient for you.
